1) Exploder who blames others.
2) Exploder who shames themselves.
3) Stuffer who builds barriers.
4) Stuffer who collects retaliation rocks.
In any of these reactionary types, the growth question for us, is "Am I trying to prove I'm right, or improve the relationship.
'There are a lot of people in the world who would love to have our problems.'
