- Not mutually beneficial, wrong people in the room, inherited system,
- Leaders are responsible for the culture of the meetings
- Evaluation must coincide with how often something occurs.
- Blend learning into the meeting structure
- Andy has both a Leadership Team as well as a Management Team
- People in a meeting shouldn't be based solely on position, but who is best qualified.

The ORG chart is not your friend in meetings.  The leadership should have access to bring whoever needs to be in the meeting.

Have a defined length of time for people in the meeting.

Good meeting is like a cattle drive, the leaders job is to listen, build consensus and pick a direction.

In order to make good decisions, you need to have the right people on the table.

Smart organization tap into the smarts of the entire organizations.

Right people in the room allows for the best decision, right information to be considered, generates buy in.

Don't interrupt a debate unless it gets personal.
You could make peace before the insight is attained.

Address those with poor meeting

WHAT WOULD I TALK ABOUT EVERY WEEK:
- Regular meeting creates the culture of problem solving.
- If you don't have a ton on the agenda, learn together.

DO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH WHAT YOU HAVE JUST DONE?
Greatest success factor of the next meeting.

Have the personal assistant in the meeting to encourage follow up.
